Ken Lamb spent the first part of his professional career in law and investment banking as a corporate partner at Gibson Dunn in its Century City, San Francisco and London offices and as a Managing Director and Head of US Technology Mergers & Acquisitions at CIBC World Markets. In 2010, he co-founded Initial Capital, a seed and early stage venture capital firm focused on mobile gaming and web3 companies. He has had a keen focus on female-founded companies and led Initial Capital’s investments in Dazzle Rocks, Sanlo and Pok-Pok. He sits on the Boards of Dazzle Rocks, Sanlo, and is the Chairman of Dazzle Rocks.
